Welcome to LimbNET!
What is it?
LimbNET is a platform for investigating the spatio-temporal evolution of 2D gene expression patterns in mouse limbs. We refer to these as molecular morphomovies: a 2D pattern that evolves over time as the limb grows. The LimbNET platform is designed to allow scientists to view existing molecular morphomovies, create new ones from imaging data (e.g., acquired from whole-mount in situ experiments), and to construct/simulate computational models of spatio-temporal interactions between different genes on a changing domain.
